 The successful applicants will be responsible for educating management staff on company products and programs, selling products and product lines to current and potential customers, and working with both licensee and retail staff to generate incremental sales. Responsibilities:

  • Sell products and upgrade the number of product lines to existing and potential accounts
  • Merchandise accounts by increasing visibility of brand
  • Educate bar and wait staff on products and promotions
  • Expense budget management
  • Administrative duties (program feedback, action plans, and  presentations)
  • Daily and weekly call pattern and planners
  • Attend both quarterly and provincial/national sales meetings
  • Distribution drives and programs

Qualifications:

  • Previous sales experience required
  • Negotiation skills
  • Strong problem-solving and time-management skills
  • Previous beverage alcohol (or package goods) sales experience preferred.

Sales Analytics Manager-Mississauga, Ontario REFERENCE #103

Accountabilities:

The principal accountabilities of the Sales Analytics Manager are to support the Premium Beer Company (PBC) and Moosehead Beer Limited (MBL) sales and marketing teams with timely and accurate analytical information to drive volume and distribution in Ontario and the Western provinces. This position provides a wide range of sales support services to the sales team as they provide excellent service to their customers and deliver exceptional results for PBC’s Brand Owners.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain territory groups, sales rep codes, annual sales target and other sales reporting data as required.
  • Generate and distribute a variety of periodic and adhoc reports, including but not limited to key customer reports, daily sales reports, new order summaries, custom marketing group reports, etc.
  • Update LCBO, TBS and other external data sources to reporting applications and forecasting.
  • Anticipate and analyze the need for new reporting structures, develop, adapt and maintain business analysis tools to allow management to maintain a consistent sales structure.
  • Provide monthly and ad hoc sales and financial analysis as required
  • Assist with Annual Operating Plan and Quarterly Rolling Forecast processes.
  • Provide support and training on using reporting applications to regional personnel.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing departments.
  • Work with a variety of software programs and enters data into the department's computerized functions. Creates and generates statistical reports and studies on the computer. Builds and maintains computer files. Prepares a number of reports.
  • Performs bookkeeping tasks for the department by monitoring inventory, ordering, preparing requisitions, approving expenses for payment and maintaining records

Demonstrated Skills and Qualifications:
Customer focus: Sales analysis or sales program experience, preferably within food and beverage industry desirable; demonstrated commitment to excellent customer relationships required
Communication: Ability to effectively communicate complex matters in simply understood terms, both verbally and in writing; has strong interpersonal and influencing skills.

Technical: Ability to identify, analyze and resolve problems related to automated systems and operations required; must have advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, including Excel, Oracle advanced Pivot Table skills and Access; knowledge of Crystal Reporting and ERP business systems is an advantage; Bachelor's with 3+ years of relevant experience required.

ASSISTANT BRAND MANAGER-Ontario, Canada REFERENCE #104

We are currently seeking an ASSISTANT BRAND MANAGER based in Mississauga, ON. As an essential part of the marketing team, the Assistant Brand Manager will work on all aspects of the marketing mix for the Moosehead portfolio of brands. This includes but is not limited to the development and implementation of retail, on-premise and social media programs.
